Refund policy

At Lees Cocoa for Cancellation,  Amendment , Refund Policy and Refund Policy


  1. Cancellation Policy


1.1 Order Cancellation by the Customer


You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at +6011 3333 2298 or leesbrothercocoa@gmail.com. If the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe, we will initiate the refund process as outlined in Section 3 (Refund Policy).

1.2 Order Cancellation by Lees Cocoa


In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel an order. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:


- Unavailability of the product(s) ordered.

- Technical errors or inaccuracies in product listings or pricing.

- Fraudulent or suspicious activities associated with the order.


In case of order cancellation by Lees Cocoa, we will promptly notify you and initiate the refund process as outlined in Section 3 (Refund Policy).

2.1 Order Amendment by the Customer


If you need to amend your order after placing it, such as changing the delivery address, please contact our customer support team at +6011 3333 2298 or leesbrothercocoa@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched. Please note that order amendments may not be possible after the order has been shipped.


2.2 Order Amendment by Lees Cocoa


We strive to fulfill orders accurately and promptly. In certain situations, we may need to amend an order, such as correcting product information or resolving stock availability issues. If such amendments are necessary, we will notify you of the changes and seek your approval before proceeding. If you disagree with the proposed amendments, you have the option to cancel the order as per Section 1 (Cancellation Policy).

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds will be processed for the following scenarios:


- Order cancellation within the specified timeframe as per Section 1.1 (Order Cancellation by the Customer).

- Order cancellation by Lees Cocoa due to unavailability of the product(s) or other valid reasons as per Section 1.2 (Order Cancellation by Lees Cocoa ).

- Returns initiated in accordance with our Returns Policy.


3.2 Refund Process


Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order, and the amount refunded will be the full purchase price of the product(s) minus expected delivery fee . The refund process will be initiated within 7-14 working days excluding weekends and public holidays of receiving and approving the cancellation or return request.


3.3 Refund Processing Time


Please allow for some time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and other factors beyond our control.

  • Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on chocolate products once you have been received and even if it is not opened.
  • If its packaging was damaged seriously to impact products itself during transportation or delivery, may contact our customer support team within 24hrs at +6011 3333 2298 or leesbrothercocoa@gmail.com.
  • Lees Cocoa will reserve the right decision to return or refund after investigation.
