Delivery Policy

Welcome to Lees Cocoa. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased from our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by this policy.

 

Delivery Areas and Shipping Charges

We offer delivery services within the following : 

We provide Free Delivery above order RM300 Klang Valley and RM600 Outstation with single order. Delivery within Klang Valley (RM15), Outstation (RM20) and Singapore (RM250). To handle delivery we will provide protective bubble wrapping and ice packs to ensure products are in good condition with well packed. 

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Sabah and Sarawak at the moment.

 

Self Collection 

You may choose self collection in the delivery option. As preparation requires 3 - 5 days working, once an order is ready to collect, our customer service will give you a call for collection. If you need urgent collection, please contact our customer service at +6011 33332298. 

You can visit our office for self collection at below address during working hours 10am - 6pm, except Saturday , Sunday and Public Holidays.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, we require a processing of 3 - 5 days working to prepare the items for shipment. During peak seasons or in case of unexpected events, order processing may take longer. We will notify you of any significant delays. Once item ready shipment delivery time is 3 - 7 days based on delivery company progress. 

 

Delivery Methods and Partners

We appointed Ninja Van , DHL , Post office and many others as our delivery partners and services to ensure safe and timely deliveries within Malaysia's west area. Delivery methods may include courier services and postal services, among others. Specific delivery partners may vary based on availability and location.

 

Receipt and Inspection

Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the package for any visible damage or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, please report them to our customer support team within 24hrs of delivery.

 

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to amend your order after placing it, such as changing the delivery address, please contact our customer support team at +6011 3333 2298 or leesbrothercocoa@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched. Please note that order amendments may not be possible after the order has been shipped.
